1. Upload 3–8 Photos
Start by uploading clear, well-lit photos of your family or event.
Each main person should appear in at least one photo.
The AI uses these to understand faces, hairstyles, and clothing so your family looks recognizable in every illustration.
Tips for best results:
Use natural lighting.
Avoid blurry or heavily filtered images.
Include at least one close-up of each person.
2. Add Your Characters and Story Details
Tell us what your story is about and who is in your story!
Add each character's name, age, gender, and description so the AI gives you the most realistic generations!
What’s happening: “A family visiting the aquarium.”
Who’s there: “Mom, Dad, Ella (5), and Liam (3).”
Ages help the AI capture your children’s size, posture, and personality correctly.
How it feels: “Joyful, curious, and full of wonder.”
Any special moment: “Ella reaches out to touch the dolphin.”
The AI uses these details to write your story text and pair it with matching illustrations.
3. Choose Your Story Style
Pick how you want the story to sound:
Classic: Soft, timeless narration.
Rhyming: Playful and musical for younger readers.
4. Choose Your Illustration Style
Select the artistic look that fits your story best:
Anime Magic: Classic anime cel style with vivid colors, clean black line art, hard cel shading, and expressive features.
Cartoon Adventure: Bright flat cartoon style with bold outlines, solid colors, and a playful, energetic feel.
Polar Express: Cozy cinematic Christmas storybook style with painterly realism, glowing lights, and snowy nostalgia.
Superhero Comic: Bold four-color comic style with heavy black inks, punchy primaries, dramatic shadows, motion lines, and explosive action.
Whiteboard Crayon: Waxy crayon drawings with rough textured strokes, layered scribble shading, vibrant imperfect color, and nostalgic playfulness.
Color Paper Cutouts: Layered watercolor cutout style with soft edges, warm earthy tones, visible paper texture, and whimsical storybook charm.
Studio Ghibli: Fine-line anime illustration with lush atmospheric colors, soft cel shading, expressive motion, and dreamy emotional fantasy.
Sketch Magic: Light colored-pencil sketchbook style with soft pastels, visible hatching, paper grain, and gentle hand-drawn warmth.
Whimsy Watercolor: Loose watercolor storybook style with airy washes, soft sunlight tones, gentle shadows, and joyful magical whimsy.
This illustration style carries through your entire storybook for a cohesive, magical look.
5. Generate Your First Three Pages
Click Generate, and the AI will craft your first two story pages — complete with story text and matching illustrations.
Each page uses your uploaded photos and story details.
You’ll see your family, your moments, and your chosen art style come together beautifully.
Example:
“Regenerate this page using my photo of Ella, match the tone of the selected style guide image, keep everything else the same.”
6. Review and Refine (Optional)
If something looks off, you can fine-tune your page to get it just right:
Edit:
Make small tweaks like “Make the water brighter” or “Change the jacket to blue.” You can also upload a new image for the AI to reference if you want to adjust a character’s look, pose, or expression while keeping the rest of the layout the same.
Regenerate:
Redraw the entire page using your photo and Style Guide Image for tone and consistency. This option gives the AI full freedom to refresh the artwork while maintaining your overall style.
Rewrite:
Adjust or rewrite the story text if it doesn’t match your moment or the new image. Even small word changes can help your story feel more natural and connected to the illustration.
7. Unlock the Full Book
Once you’re happy with your first two pages, purchase your book to unlock the rest.
The AI completes your story and illustrations using your original photos, details, and chosen styles.
Your final book includes 8 full spreads (16 pages) printed as an 8.5 x 8.5-inch hardcover with premium paper and vibrant color.
FAQ
Do I have to write my own story?
No — you just describe your event, who was there, and the mood. The AI writes your story for you.
Can I upload more photos later?
Yes. You can now upload a new image later if you’d like the AI to use it for additional edits or regenerations. However, for the most consistent results, it’s still best to upload 3–8 photos at the start so the AI has a strong reference foundation.
Can I change my illustration style later?
You can change it before generating your first pages. Afterward, use Regenerate to adjust while keeping your family and tone consistent.
