How to Edit Existing Storybooks
You can return to any storybook in your library to make changes — whether you’re fine-tuning the story, updating illustrations, or uploading a new image for the AI to use as a reference. Edits can be made before or after purchase, and your digital version will always show the latest updates.
What You Can Edit
Story Text
Adjust sentences, fix typos, or rewrite parts of your story to improve the flow or tone.
Individual Pages
Regenerate or request edits to specific illustrations. You can now upload a new image for the AI to reference during your edits — perfect for updating a character’s appearance, adjusting expressions, or refreshing background details while maintaining the same art style.
AI Reference Image
If you’d like the AI to base its edits on a new look or photo, simply upload a new image from your device. The AI will use this reference to guide facial features, proportions, and style while keeping the layout and composition consistent.
What You Cannot Edit
Already printed copies cannot be changed. To receive a version with your latest updates, you’ll need to place a new order after editing your storybook.
Edits to one page do not automatically apply to all other pages. Each page can be updated individually for full creative control.
How to Edit
Open your Library and select the storybook you want to edit.
Choose the section you’d like to update — Story Text, Illustrations, or AI Reference Image.
Make your changes or upload a new photo for the AI to use.
Save your changes. Updates appear automatically in your project view.
When you’re ready, order a new printed copy to see your changes in print.
Tips for Best Results
Upload a clear, well-lit photo when changing your AI reference image.
Keep your text updates focused on one section at a time to avoid overwriting previous edits.
Use the “keep everything else the same” phrase when regenerating images to maintain consistency.
