All Once Upon a Memory books are printed and shipped through our trusted fulfillment partner.
After you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email directly from Once Upon a Memory.
Once your custom book ships, we’ll send you another email from Once Upon a Memory with your tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.
You can also track your order anytime by logging into your Once Upon a Memory account. Once your book has shipped, it will appear as “Shipped” in your library, with the tracking information shown directly below the order.
Estimated Delivery Times for Hardcover Books
Processing: Up to 4 business days
Shipping: Between 2-11 business days depending on your shipping method.
Skip the Line Option: Priority processings cuts production time by 1 business day for an additional fee. *This is only available for hardcover books
