Because every Once Upon a Memory book is custom-created with your photos and story, we’re not able to offer refunds once an order is placed. Each book is made just for you and can’t be resold.
Our Commitment
While we can’t process refunds, we want you to love your storybook. If something goes wrong, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Illustration Issues: If a page doesn’t look right, you can use the editing and regenerate tools to make adjustments. Visit these pages below for help
Order Problems: If your book is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, contact us and we’ll replace it.
Support Help: Our team is always here to help fix problems with edits or generation.
