1. Edit Tool
Use this when you like most of the picture but need a small change.
What it does
Adjusts specific details without redrawing the whole page.
Keeps the rest of the illustration the same.
Lets you choose a reference image to anchor characters.
Lets you choose a style guide image to keep tone and colors consistent.
Examples
“Make the dolphin jump higher, keep everything else the same.”
“Change Mom’s red jacket to blue, keep the background unchanged.”
“Soften the stroller color so it blends into the scene.”

2. Regenerate Image Tool
Use this when the illustration feels completely wrong.
What it does
Clears the current illustration and redraws from the story text.
Best when the AI misunderstood or edits aren’t improving the result.
Examples
“Regenerate this page in soft watercolor style.”
“Regenerate using the story text, but make the aquarium tunnel brighter and glowing.”
“Regenerate with the same story text, focus on the penguins in the background.”
3. Rewrite Story Tool
Use this when the story text on the left page isn’t clear enough for the AI to illustrate. Rewrite has two options:
Edit Copy (tweak the existing story)
Before: “We went to the aquarium.”
After: “Sophie, age 4, stood in front of the dolphin tank clapping as the dolphins leapt high.”
Regenerate Copy (create a new version of the story text)
Before: “We had fun at the aquarium.”
After: “Inside the glowing jellyfish tunnel, Liam pointed at the lights while Sophie giggled at the fish swimming overhead.”
