What If My Book Arrives Damaged?

My book was damaged when it arrived.

We want your storybook to arrive in perfect condition. If your order comes damaged, we will replace it.


What to Do

  1. Take clear photos of the damage (book cover, pages, or packaging).

  2. Email our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Include your order number and the photos in your message.


Our Policy

  • We will work with our printing partner Lulu Direct to send you a replacement copy at no cost.

  • Damaged items do not need to be returned.

  • Replacements are for the same book and shipping address as the original order.


Tip

Check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Incorrect addresses are not covered under the damage replacement policy.
